    This book's theoretical background is similar to Nan Lu's Weight Loss book above, but he also talks more specifically about meridians and energetics that affect women. He provides dietary recommendations, simple exercises, and other lifestyle recommendations in a friendly manner. A nice resource to have even if you're not a breast cancer patient or survivor!

    This is a great cookbook that compiles nutritional wisdom from different cultures. There is so much knowledge integrated into food traditions, and this book shows you how to utilize that information in your kitchen. Some of the recipes may take more time and prep, but the results are worth it. We so often forget to slow down and take time and pleasure in preparing our food! If you have kids or are expecting, this is a wonderful source for learning how to give yourself and your family a great nutritional foundation! Feeling calmer, more balanced and more focused are just a few results that both kids and adults enjoy from eating thoughtfully and well.
